So, I started out looking at windows, and I had contacted several other stores. I am not very versed in the world of construction and honestly have NO idea what most of the terms mean. All I know is the home I purchased needed serious help. The windows were very very old, but I loved the look of them. I had an awful time trying to find what I wanted. I walked in to WDM and my sales person helped me to pick out the windows that would best fit my home. \r
The time between ordering and install was about 9 weeks, but I understand I had custom windows and someone has to build them. I was informed every step of the way and was very happy with the staff. I was able to speak with anyone from the manager, and even the receptionist was able to help me with my questions. \r
I would recommend this company, and if you saw the beautiful work they did on my home, you would understand why. My windows look wonderful, my front door turned out to be the thing this home needed to bring it back to it's glory. Please when reading these think about your favorite resterant, some people wont' like it, but you love it. That's how I feel about this company. \r
I love the job they did, and I love the fact that they assisted me though everything, and left my home looking wonderful. Craftmansship is high on their list and that made me estatic. \r
