Have passed B&O for years while on my way somewhere else. I should have continued to pass it by. Stopped in for breakfast after a long search for parking.
I ordered one of my favorites, Eggs Benedict and coffee. The coffee was bitter, but hot and steamy. The Eggs Benedict? Awful. Hollandaise was thick, coagulated and cold. No Canadian bacon, just a thin piece of ham. English muffins weren't even toasted. The potatoes were greasy and cold. Service was s l o w. There are better places than B&O on Capitol Hill.
