WORST experience I have ever had car shopping! The general sales manager (Steven Gould) was rude, unprofessional and drove away a possible sale. He began the conversation with me arguing about KBB price only to find what I was saying was correct, to which he responded ""oh, weird"". Then he berated me about my credit and shoved the potential loan at me telling me that ""he wasn't making money off of this, only the bank was"" and that ""no one will ever offer me as good of a deal, if I don't want it I can take a hike"". \r \r I mentioned that I had in fact seen better deals (Ive been looking for 2 mo. and have done a LARGE amount of research). He then stood up from his computer and challenged me to get on there and show him these ""better deals"". I stated I didn't see any point in arguing with him and promptly left. \r \r I would just like to say that I DID find a better deal (20K miles less, 1 year newer and 1K cheaper). Thank God I didn't let their condescending employees bully me into purchasing a crap car.\r
