Santee Collision's care and paint matching skills are excellent. My 1982 Porsche was damaged in a hit and run last year. It was repaired at Miramar Collision and the paint did not match--the color looked yellow against the white. They said they couldn't match it because my car was older and Geico refused to make them. A year later the yellow was even more pronounced--apparently from using cheap clear coat. It basically looked like a two toned car (and it was rusting in the repair zone). I took it to Santee Collision and Sy took a look at the car. He had no problem saying he could match my paint. Geico finally caved in and agreed to pay for it too. They had my car for less than a week and it is gorgeous. Sy got all of the original repair documents and made sure everything was done right; he fixed all of the errors; his team matched the paint extraordinarily well; Candice called me with updates; I got it back fast, clean, polished, and with matching paint. This is the service I would expect from any repair shop but it was even better because Candice and Sy were easy to work with, told me exactly what to expect, and then delivered. I am pleased to recommend this shop to everyone. In particular I recommend it to those who have high dollar or classic cars that need some TLC. Thank you Candice, Sy, and everyone at Santee Collision for promising excellent work, and then delivering.
