It's one thing to see rings on a website; it's another to see them for real. Congratulations for the good quality! I live 50 miles away from Gregg and I drove all the way after a phone call we had that got me excited and I do not regret that trip at all. Gregg was not there when I arrived because he had another appointment to attend he told me about on the phone, but his staff took great care of me in his absence. They treated me very well and he and his brother are real pros. I came back a week later to thank him personally for the good service and for the perfect engagement ring, and he was happy to see me.
