Hello Paul. I would like to apologize for your experience in our Edison Location. This is not normal for us. I think the details regarding the keyless entry inquiry were misunderstood. In our Edison location we do typically charge 139.99 for the keyless entry system, hence the reason we are out of stock on them. It’s a very good price, the best in the area to my knowledge. To combat this issue of being out of stock, we had agreed to upgrade you to a $200 remote start/keyless entry system at no additional cost. This system included a remote start however we would only hook up the keyless entry and no other features as that would take more labor & supplies beyond the $139.99 offer initially. We did however offer the wiring of the remote start as an option at an additional cost that you declined. The wiring of the remote start does not affect the function of the keyless entry unit. I hope this clarified that we were not attempting to perform a bait & switch tactic. As with all of our Customers your happiness is important.
