Businiess name:  Lexington Court Apartments

Review content:
The person who gave 4 stars must be one of the owners. Every other resident I spoke to while living at Lexington Court hated it and the management. Nobody says anything to complain because everyone is scared of the owners. This is the perfect place to live if you want to live in a dirty place with lights that flicker, outlets that don't work, no upkeep, and management who won't do anything to fix any problems. The owner/manager is a creepy older man. While living here, the owner entered my apartment on more than one occasion without my permission or knowledge for no reason at all. There was never an explanation given when I asked.\r I never felt safe while living here. During my time at Lexington Court, I saw many drug deals in the parking lot and outside the main doors of the buldings. I was threatened by the dealers if I said anything or called the police.\r The management may seem nice at first, but that will all change starting the moment the contract is signed. I had the owner chew me out on the phone when I called to set up a time to pick up my apartment keys. The owners were then not around when I came at my scheduled time to move in. I sat outside with my moving van waiting for six hours before somebody showed up. I was also yelled at for calling the emergeny maintenance number to try to get my keys. My helpers were later yelled at for propping open the non-security outside doors while bringing in my furniture.\r I never got my security deposit back. Rather, after I moved out with a proper 2-month notice, I recieved a threat to bring me to court because the owners claimed they never recieved my notice to move out that I had personally handed to them. Lucky for me, I had protected myself with very clear notes on my rent checks.\r The owners of Lexington Court are crooks. Slum lord is too nice of a term to describe them and how they operate. I am serious when I say that if I had to chose between a box or Lexington Court for a home, I would choose the box without hesitation. Pros: Close to shopping and freeway Cons: Everything else
