Review content:
Hayden Wilder prides itself on helping new college grads perfect their resume and interview skills. My advice is: ""Do not get involved with these self-gratifying egotistical people!! Their several magazine and newspaper articles are not true, and my family has contacted some of the authors of the articles to see if they would write a contradictory article warning the public about them. We are also contemplating a small claims court date.\r
Hayen Wilder has a great concept. They just don't know what they are doing and are rude when you ask for help. Their resume person rewrote my resume which was originally written with the help of a college career counselor at my university. Their version was criticized by several H.R. people from 2 companies as being redundant and not saying enough. That in itself was not worth the $3,000 fee, and was humiliating. I ended up rewriting my resume without their help, after phoning the career center at my school. When I asked if Hayden Wilder would help me rewrite it, they were extremely nasty and defensive instead of helpful, refusing to help me.\r
Since I live several hours away, I received one 8 hour session for a $3,000 fee. They told me that I would be their client for life for that fee. Well, when I asked if I could come in for a refresher session, Michael couldn't have been nastier, insulting me, implying that I should know what I am doing. Well, this is why I came to them in the first place. This was supposed to be a graduation present that turned into a disaster. Their fee was supposed to cover 10 hours of practice sessions, not 8, and how can I be a client for life if they would not help me at this stage of the game. After finding job, I showed the H.R. department of my company the resume rewritten by Hayden Wilder, and they told me I would not have been granted an interview with a resume like this. I only hope anyone who is thinking of using this dishonest company will read my review before giving them a $3,000 fee.\r
