Review content:
Run away from this place as fast as you can. Myself: Haggling my guest and telling me that she is staying here when we merely drive together to work in the morning. Neighbors: I have titanium legs and owner won't allow friends to tend lawn, he wants me to pay his maintenance person to do it. I don't have money so I do it. Neighbor 2: I could hear him cussing new tenant, won't allow satellite dish. (also) thank God our son was over 40, because he was in a car accident and we had to help him recover. He couldn't stay here if he wasn't over 40. The place is ran like a concentration camp. This place is not legally registered as a 55+ community, but owner says it is and that these rules are to be abide by according to Florida state law.
