I was so relieved to see that these guys were on time being that I had to be out of my apartment at 2:30p.m. sharp. My elevator was only reserved from 11:00a.m. to 2:30p.m. I was very concerned that maybe they would not be able to get it all done in that amount of time, but Philip told me on the phone that it was recommended that our movers show up an hour before hand and help get everything into place as well as wrapping up our furniture that way we can use the elevator to its potential. I'm also very happy that there wasn't one scratch on any piece. I'm so glad I found this company and the reviews on here were spot on. Which is why I decided to contribute to it as well. Hope you guys find it helpful!
