If you ever want to live in a place that puts money above all else then this is the perfect place for you. We were about 15 seconds late with our rent once and we were charged for it. We were a few days late with our vacating notice and we were charged $1500. Yes you heard right...$1500. The apartment was drafty and our room didn't have a heating vent in it. The staff is a bunch of robots uncapable of human emotion and inflexible to any sort of reasoning. Our 90 year old neighbor was charged with a late fee after his wife passed away for goodness sake. Don't make the same mistake we did. It looks great from the outside but has no soul.
