Review content:
Times are tough for everyone obviously, but I've noticed this store increasingly cluttered and not nearly as up-scale as it once was. I used to love this store until I saw a dress of mine in their window for sale. I had been led to believe they donate what clothes they do not sell if consignors do not pick them up. They reminded me that clothing becomes theirs after the specified date per their contract. BUT if they are going to keep these clothes on the floor longer to profit from them, then they should still pay their consignors since the information is still all there in their computer!!! How else would a consignor ever know if their items have ever been put on the floor for sale to begin with? I will NEVER shop there again and MOST DEFINITELY will NEVER consign with them again. I know all businesses have policies, but this one is just tacky and in bad taste. Consigning there was not worth it anyway because they take so much of the profit. Sorry Deja Vu. I have enjoyed your store for several years until now.
