Review content:
I visited Hamburger Hamlet in Valencia last Tuesday night. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the Host. What made this special was that she actually talked to me on the way to the table! Most of the time a Host just walks 10 feet ahead, like a robot.
When the waitress came over, she too was exceptionally freindly. Describing some new specials they were offering made me hungry.
Throughout the meal, the waitress, then a manager, and the host came over to se if I needed anything. The food was great, but the service was beyond the usual. In fact it was superb!
The only thing I did not understand was that it was not too busy. It is a great find.
