I feel these people are dishonest. They told me they had the parts I wanted. I provided them with Dell part numbers. They sent me the wrong parts. They said they were compatible parts, but they were not. We lost an extra day of business as a result of the dishonesty in this company. After talking with several people it became clear they never had the correct parts to begin with. Plus they made the mistake and I had to pay shipping both ways.
After I decided I was not going to get what I needed from these idiots, I found the parts I needed for less money and better quality service.
