I ordered a part for a customer of mine and got a confirmation e-mail stating that it was shipped UPS ground. Two weeks later I called asking where the part was and I was told that it was backordered for another two months! I asked how they could tell me that it had been shipped weeks ago, and I was told that I was scheduled to received a call later that day. I ordered the part from another company who had it overnighted to me that day directly from the manufacturer. Backordered? Try lying scam artists!
