This store is fantastic. My mom ordered her dress from another store initially and they dropped the ball and told us her dress wouldn't arrive until the week before the wedding (this was a month before the wedding) even though she placed her order 5 months before the wedding. So we had to get a dress elsewhere and we went to Jay West where I got my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses and JAY WEST WAS SOOOO HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. I wish every bridal shop operated as Jay West did. They have a beautiful selection of dresses and the bridal consultants are so knowledgeable and helpful; it's great. I would definitely recommend this place to any bride.
