Review content:
I am so upset at the way Jay West in Haddonfield, NJ treated my son's girlfriend. She had purchased a very expensive prom dress from them. When she tried it on in the store it fit beautifully. A week later after she took it home....with no alterations it does not fit. And I don't mean by just a little bit,it doesn't fit by 4 inches. She did not gain weight for this dress not to fit. I think someone switched the dress before she took it home. After they returned to the store to try to solve the issue and exchange the dress they were told that all sales are final and the best they can do is sell her a new dress at a discount. Well the new dress will be a larger size....too big.so now she will have to pay for alterations. So what discount did she give her. And she now has 2 identical prom dresses. This is extremely wrong! How can a business take advantage of people like this.
