I got phones for my family over the Christmas holiday from this Sprint store. The people in the store were very friendly and answered all my wife's questions and made her feel very comfortable with her selection. We got the new Android EVOs -- GREAT PHONES! AMAZING! Everything was done in about a half an hour, my old Verizon phone numbers were moved to the new phones, contacts transfered, email setup and they showed us how to download applications on the new phones. Thank you.
