Review content:
Even from the moment I walked into the facility, I knew it was different (in a good way). Unlike other facilities in the area, the people here do not throw you into a workout situation and expect you to know what you are doing. The staff at Nimble helps you not only to work towards your goals but, to do so intelligently, with good form, intention, and with close attention to injury prevention. I have learned so much here that has helped me in all aspects of my life. Nimble Fitness is a breath of fresh air in New York City (lets be honest, sometimes the 'air quality' here isn't so great) and I look forward to working with the trainers here for a long time, HIGHLY recommended!
