When we walked in, there was one family already seated and a patron waiting to pick up their to-go order. Not busy at all. Our waittress seated us and we asked if she would wipe off our table. She must of forgot or seen us wipping the table off with extra napkins and figured that was good enough. When we recieved our drinks and breadsticks our waitress just flopped them down on the table and walked off. We understand that maybe she was a little bummed out having to be at work but, didn't need to bring it to our table After waiting 40 minutes or so we were finally served our pizza. What do you know, they got our order wrong. My wife and I looked at each other and said, should we say someething and wait another 40 minutes? We went ahead and ate it then went to pay. That's when it got interesting. We gave our bill to the young man behind the counter as he took our ticket he laided it down went to the oven and started putting other pizza's in , leaving us there to wait. When he came back he again picked up our ticket and started to ring it up but, then got distracted by another couple who had came in for a pick-up order. By this time we had stood there for ten minutes. When he began getting the pick-up order ready and started ringing that order up I had to walk away leaving my wife at the counter. I over heard him tell the couple that came in for their to go order it was close enough. He rang up the to go order and went back to get their order together. By this time I was ready to walk out and my wife was getting fustrated enough to ask, ""Is this free pizza night or is someone going to ring up our bill. Another young man came up and began ringing up our order. As he was my wife explained that we got the wrong pizza. His reply was, ""Oh, we already took off for that."" How could he have known to dicount the price of the pizza before my wife had told him? It was the worse dinning experience we have had for some time. Obviously this location lacking adult supervision.
