We first saw The Floor Store at the Pleasanton Home Show this past spring. They were offering a promotion that locked the price of what you purchased if you paid them a $100 deposit. We had recently purchased a home which was in need of flooring.\r
We went to the Dublin store a number of times but had difficulty getting anyone to really work with us. We were shown the samples but were not told which of the products we were shown would be the price we had 'deposited'. After about three trips to this store and each time leaving with nothing we bought our flooring elsewhere.\r
Since then I've called three times to get my deposit back. After reading the earlier review about a similar subject, I'm wondering if I'll ever get it back...
