i just moved to the area from nyc and had heard about 3 west being a trendy nyc type restaurant. so my husband and i were excited to try it out. we had reservations at 8 but didn't get seated til 8:35, w/n we asked one of the hostesses how much longer, she rudely kept replying that the table was being cleaned off. we finally decided to let it go once we got seated on the contingency that she aplogize for the wait. not only did she not apologize but she didn't even look contrite, she handed us our menus and bounced off.\r
overall everything else was ok. our watier was nice and attentive. ambiance was loud and crowded with a good bar scene. prices were higher than i thought for the quality.
