I had a similar experience. I felt we were rushed, and there was no enthusiasm present in the sonographer doing our ultrasound, she didn't seem very involved in what was a special time for us. The pictures and the DVD was not worth the price they charge. They sell the friendly atmosphere, but I didn't feel welcomed at all, until it was time to pay. I think this is a great service but I would look for a more professional and family friendly provider. This was my first 4D ultrasound with Prenal Peek, and probably my last with them. I look forward to another 4D, but not with Prental Peek.
