Review content:
I would not recommend the Prenatal Peek for your precious moments and pictures done at this ultrasound facility. I purchased the Double Super Peek package (2 visits) and regretfully the service, pictures, and DVD quality were below average. The sonographer was preoccupied, and seemed to push herself to be genuinely pleasant. Fake attitude and atmosphere. She did not seem to care much about the way the baby was looking on the monitor and shot pictures just to get her job done and gets us out of there. You will be given to sign an 'image disclaimer' stating that they ""would not guarantee the clarity of the images"". In this way, no matter what the sonographer gets, visible or not, clear or blurry you pay to get. Figure out! During our sessions, the sonographer was pushing hard my belly to get some good images of the baby and I felt bad. She pretended that she took great images, but we felt that she did not care to take enough time or to re-schedule for a better time so the pictures would be clear enough as those she advertises. Our pictures were blurred, and the DVD sequence was constantly interrupted by a caption ""increase volume"" and the music was coming on and off. We were not pleased at all and we tried to explain our concerns during the second visit, but the sonographer had already pre-charged for the package and did not seem to care. If you want to have a 3D/4D ultrasound done, choose a different place and get recommendations before hand. We are very dissatisfied with what we got comparing to the hefty price. The sonographer is not customer oriented and certainly not sensitive to the fact that these images mean a lot to the parents. Not a good professional.
Pros: might be able to get good results if you are lucky
Cons: inconsistent quality, below avg customer service, hefty price regardless of result.
