Review content:
My husband is from San Diego, and he's such a snob about Mexican food. I've been telling him for years that we have authentic Mexican food in Northern California, but he's never been impressed. Then, finally, we went to Hacienda Grill ... again, and again, and again. It is absolutely delicious. We can both agree that it's the best Mexican food that either of us has had in a long time. \r

They have excellent chips and salsa. He likes the chicken torta and enchilada (get the ""gravy""). I like the Mexican tostada in the fried bowl and the caesar salad (I know!) It's always busy, especially when the nearby businesses are at lunch, but even at odd hours on the weekends. And they always have a good selection of aqua frescas. Bonus: They usually have a futbol game on tv.
