Absolutely the worst experience EVER! The person they sent did not measure anything. I ended up going to get my measuring tapes and doing the measuring. He didn't measure the hole for the cable outlet, just kept cutting and trying to fit it in. Finally I got a pen and he outlined the template. He dropped a flashlight he borrowed from me into the wall space (still there, still on). He must have drilled eight different holes in the attic floor before I got the measurements and he drilled in the right place. One of those went through the TV room ceiling. When the cable wouldn't feed all the way down (probably because of electrical wiring in the way), instead of suggesting we move to another area to place the cable hard point, he DRILLED AGAIN! This time not only did he go through the living room ceiling, but he cut a huge gouge out of the moulding. At that point I asked him to leave. If you have Time Warner, DO NOT LET THEM SEND LONE WOLF COMMUNICATIONS!!!! Tell them to only send a Time Warner technician!
