Was rude to wife when the came to install our internet...Knocked on the door with out calling first and said they were pizza delivery at 9am....Then didn't explain anything about how the stuff works or even see if it did work before leaving...And the stuff didn't work...Left no paperwork with equipment that they installed...Overall Poor workmanship and Horrible customer service...IF U ARE GETTING TIME WARNER CABLE OR INTERNET DO NOT LET LONE WOLF INSTALL IT...You can request an actual time warner tech to install it instead which is what i HIGHLY recommend
