I really don't like going to the dealers for service because I typically have experienced high prices, poor service, and what I feel is dishonest business practices. I've been to Toyota of Poway before a few years ago and my experience was fair, however it appears that they have changed their business model and are now promoting better prices and service. I went in for a recall that I had been putting on for some time now just because I didn't want to deal with the dealer service. When I finally went in I had some routine service done as well since the car would already be there.....well I found the customer service and price to be excellent....definitely exceeding my expectations.
