Review content:
I bought a used car from here. My sale rep was named Miguel. He was a nice guy and not pushy at all. I purchases a 03 expedition that I thought was in good shape but without a warranty due to milage . When I was talking to the used car sales manager named Bill Clark he said that the vehical went through a complete check out and was in good condition. He told me he would not sell something unless he would back it up. Normally the first thing that comes to your mind is, He is just saying that. Well I was driving the vehicle 4 days after buying it and it started cutting out while driving. In my mind I thought, I bought a car with problems. I stopped by my mechanic and he looked at it and read the codes. Told me it was in the secondary fuel area which could be 3 or 4 things that are expensive to fix. So I went to toyota and talked to Bill Clark. He immediately took the vehicle in back and had his mechanic check it. They came up with the same codes but could not pinpoint the problem so he sent it to the ford dealer to have it looked at. In the mean time he gave me a free rental. After the car was at ford for days they finally found the problem and replace the fuel relay and the whole fuse box. When I went to pick up the vehicle Chein, my service advisor ( who kept me up to date on the problem daily) told me to see the cashier. When I signed I was told everything was at no charge. That is what I call service and standing behind what you sell and say. Thank you to Bill Clark
