Do your selves a favor and DO NOT go to that dealership! They are rood, disrespectful and unprofessional. I am referring to the used car dealership and to be more specific am referring to Daniel Morse. I went there yesterday Saturday Nov 3, 2012 looking for a used 2009, 2010 Honda Accord. I walk up to the dealership with my wife (Who is a Doctor and i am an engineer), 2 and a half years old son and my mother inlaw. We looked at 3 vehicles and test drove all three. We decided to go with one of those 3 vehicles. The vehicle was 2009 Honda Accord with about 30K on it and that is when the mess started (Salesman/Manager sale game Royal Honda style!!!). I sat with the sales man on the sale table and gave him all my personal information. They offered me a price which was not much of a discount. Now keep in mind through out the entire showing, the salesman kept on saying that the sales manager will make sure we leave happy (B.S). I offered back a number which i thought was a fair price (and after researching the vehicle prices online the day before). The salesman goes in to speak with Danial Morse the ""Manager"" which he was next room to me which i was able to hear everything. Danial Morse ripped the paper that had my personal info into pieces and yelled at the salesman who had been there for less than a month ""the new guy"" to go back and tell me to go F my self and that my type of customers are not welcomed there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The salesman came back and told me that they are not going to go down on the price. I asked the sales man where is that paper that contained my information he said it was with Danial Morse!!!!! B.S why lying man just tell me what happened!!! but yet the salesman which i thought was honest and i was fooled me with his innocent appearance and told me a lie!!!!!!! So i gave him the benefit of the doubt and told the salesman to call me when they get what i am looking for. As am walking out side the office, the ""big man"" comes out and started yelling and screaming in the most unprofessional way you can imagine. This man was rood. I was humiliated with the way i was treated at this dealership. So i told Danial Morse to stop and gave back the business card to the sales man and told him he will never ever see my face there ever again. Mater of fact i will be sending an email to the owner, the GM and all the way down that chain to make sure this man learn his lesson. This was my experience at Royal Honda on vets dealership. I do not recommend this to anyone. They are the most rood, unprofessional people i have ever dealt with (User cars department)\r
