I totally agree with the first three reviews, and just regret that I did not do my research before hiring him. We verbally agreed to a one application/month ($35) and eventually two depending in what was need it. I travel a lot and can not be supervising closely. Last may I got, out of the blue, a total of 4 applications and then in June again another 4. He did an unauthorized second aeration (6 weeks apart from the first) one. My partner was paying the bills thinking that I knew of this. Let me tell you , this guy is going to call you telling you very fast that his crew will come at the next day to do A, B, C, etc but never tell you how much; if you pay the bills silently, he will automatically will keep increasing the services without you noticing it. So be very aware! In my opinion he doesn't has any work's ethics and really question weather he actually did the work in my yard. Biggest disappointment with any body I ever hired or work with. Now and on I would not hire anybody unless we have a written agreement. Learnt the hard way.
