Businiess name:  Hair Cuttery

Review content:
So I like to begin with my experience at Hair Cuttery, of how I was recommended there, and how it was my first and last time there. As I got there and after waiting for hours until I was called, I was about to experience the most discourteous, disrespectful and impolite service ever. Now the day I was there, it happened to be a little full. The lady that pulled me to cut my hair, started pressuring me to hurry up with what I was saying, she was looking around, mumbling to herself, for me to talk faster and make up my mind. I felt like i had to rush and i just quickly said "just give me layers", made it all simple and I felt like it was my fault. I was planning on getting highlights and a haircut, and I was prepared, to spend more than usual that day, but that wasn't going to happen. Once she finished cutting my hair, it was all wet and most salons, usually style it and blow dry it, however what I got was..."okay! Thank you, bye now." I was shocked, stunned, and upset. I replied to her with, "well aren't you going to blow dry it?" and her reaction just amazed me. She started shaking her head, mumbling even louder, rolling her eyes at me, who knows what she said about me in her mind, all simply because of me wanting my hair blow-dried. After she finished and I was in line to pay for my haircut, I also noticed another lady, however she wasn't angry...she was UPSET! There were tears running down her cheeks, she was saying how much she "hated it", it looked all "flat". After I left, I made sure never to go back there again, and tell people about it, because if the employees don't enjoy what they do, and rush you, roll their eyes at you, you have the right not to go there.
