Review content:
My nightmare with the Jay Patterson ""Family of Dealerships"", which include the Truck Farm, Easley Mitsubishi, and Jay Chervolet started when my daughter bought a Tahoe. While the paperwork was being signed, I noticed the two front tires had significant cracks, to which I showed the sales rep and he replaced them. I thought to myself ""good, they will do what is right."" Little that I realize at the time what was to come. As with any other dealer, our purchase should have included having the car cleaned and the gas tank filled. This was scheduled 3 times. 1st time, they just didn't do it and returned it with the gas low light on. During this time the window motor for the drivers side stopped working. They bucked that saying it was under warranty and it would be $100. They did relent after much bickering and fix the window. The appointment was made to clean the car and finally fill it with gas. It was picked up and my daughters workplace 5 hours and 15 minutes late, and brought back with a quarter of a tank and a dirty car. After much haggling, the appointment was rescheduled to be picked up. Of course, this did not happen. We this brought the car back out there on our time, where the were to have cleaned it up and filled the tank. When getting back out there after being told it was done, the car was worse looking than before. They had apparently gotten mad and sprayed silicone wildly on the tires and had the residule thown all over the side. This made it appear to be a circus vehicle. Oh, and by the way, the tank was less than half. When I inquired about this, Shane Gilstrap became very animated thowing his hands around and screeming that they have ""bent over backwards."" I had to warn Mr. Gilstrap not to point at me and to calm down. He also said that they do not fill up sold cars any longer, and implied that other dealers did not also. They said they ""bent over backwards"", when in reallity, I feel that I was ""bent over frontwards"" Cons: Everything, read the story.
