Wow! They were friendly, but that doesn't make up for the fact they tried to steal $11K from me. For instance: they wanted $273 to replace a $4 dollar part. They recommended many things that I know I did not need, or could easily do myself for a fraction of the cost. Of course, the issue I brought it in for ""could not be serviced"", so they recommended a new part at $7743. I fixed it myself for $55. It cost me a few hours of my time, which I was trying to save by taking it to them, but I'd rather keep my 11K. For their lies they charged me $150, which was absolutely wasted. This was the 2nd time I had a bad experience at this Mini service center. I remembered why I left...
