Nothing gets fixed. I've been waiting for 5 weeks for them to come fix our broken garage, which broke, by the way, by closing on me and nearly on my 4 year old. When they finally do come to fix something (like the drains that are always backed up of the garbage disposals that clog daily) they are rude and insulting. Believe it or not, my wife apologized for calling them down twice in one week for the garbage disposal and the maintenance guy's response was ""Well, if you weren't so stupid, and could figure out how to use the damn thing, there'd be no need for any apology."" I can't believe that I'm saying this in this day and age, but we have had constant problems with religious harassment. If you aren't roman catholic, DO NOT MOVE HERE you WILL be sorry you did. I've lived with Morgan Management for more than 3 years and never had to put up with this sort of BS before. Guess that had to do with them finding out we are Jewish. After that (2nd month in this complex) harassment began.They tell you everything you'd want to hear before you sign your lease, regardless of the truth of it. 3 bedrooms on top of 2bed- units means they put families above senior citizens. Constant problems with management harassing us. We have gotten threatening calls to move our cars ""or else they'll be towed"" while we have our car with us on vacation. They do NOTHING about noisy neighbors. They say they do a background check, but for what? I've met 5 neighbors who were felons (and did time) 2 for hurting children (and are registered sex offenders for it). If you have any sense whatsoever, you'll honestly consider the benefits of homelessness before considering this place an option to move to.
