Review content:
I went here the other day looking for lumber to make custom shelving for a customer. I knew that I wanted D4S pine, but wanted to price out different thicknesses and widths before making the purchase. When I approached the front desk and began asking questions on prices, the sales person told me that he ""needed to know exactly what I wanted so that he could plug it into the computer...he had other people waiting that he needed to take care of and didn't have time to give me pricing on the different items"". I explained that I knew what I was looking for but I wanted to know how much it was going to cost and my options before I committed to the specific items.....it was absolutely ridiculous that he couldn't just look up in the computer how much the products were & write them down, or even easier, just give me a price list; it wasn't like I was asking for 50 different items. Needless to say, I walked out and bought my lumber elsewhere. \r Obviously, DO NOT go to this place unless you know EXACTLY what you want and are willing to pay anything for it....don't expect them to tell you the price until they're ready to swipe your credit card!
