I participated this program from Titan and loved it I received the clubs, played with them, kept some, and returned the rest. I had no problem returning the clubs. Talked to customer service rep, gave my evaluation, and had UPS pick the clubs up few days later. Sorry to hear about the expierences of some people involved in the test play but I have to say that I liked the clubs, and when I did the evaluation I had no trouble with the company
