At 3:15 - 3:30 had called and checked on threaded pipes & pipe clamps. Talked to a person named Ian. Was helpful (the only reason they got 1 star). When I showed up I told the cashier who I had spoken with and what I had wanted. The skinny Brunette with very short hair told me he had left. This associate also stated, ""Go back to a certain aisle and an associate will be right with you."" Waited almost 10 minutes. When NO ONE approached and I started looking around I saw a sales associate that was a skinny white male with a Capt. Pickard bald look, he was standing in an aisle drinking a bottle of Coke and reading a magazine. When I asked for assistance , he got very annoyed. I had to find the extra threaded pipe on my own and when I told him I needed additional clamps he lead me to the aisle and then stated they didn't have any in my diameteter. I immediately pulled a set from the wall display and asked him what this was. He got very red of face then apologized for not knowing what he was doing. At this point , when I asked for extra 4' lenghths of pipe he said, I don't know how to do that. I came to the conclusion I was wasting my time and theirs....should have read the reviews. What a crappy business. The sooner LOEW'S drives them out of business the better.
Pros: Can't possibly go any lower.
