I've been going to Kate Somerville for quite some time now and I love what it does for my skin-I always leave the spa glowing! However, the staff can be rude like the esthetician I got stuck with today. I was told to have a ""prep"" with an esthetician because they do extractions, so i went as far as to change my whole schedule around just to be there when an esthetician was available and what does she do? she gets up after 7 minutes of ""prep"" and says she cannot do my extractions because she will be late to her next 15 minute facial prep! and I got there on time mind you.
I usually have great experiences at Kate's spa and my favorite estheticians for facials include Lily and Danika. Just hope you don't ever get stuck with Kelly!
I had the pleasure of meeting Kate Somerville in person and she was wonderful! It's nice to see the CEO of such a successful company be so down to earth!
Pros: best place for skin HEALTH!
Cons: Parking, rude staff, and cancelation policy
