Took my F-150 in because it was slamming into second gear hard. I was told I need a total rebuild. Well I wait, and wait and wait some more. Finally my truck is ready. I heard of slow southren service but wow! Less then a week later the entire transmission goes out. Truck wont move. Matt the owner of Tru-shift wont warranty his work. Not having time to fight as I have to have my truck rolling, I have it towed to the Ford dealer where I was told I had paid over 2,000 dollaes to have nothing done but new transmission fluid put in. Oh and a new gasket too. The dude even had the nerve to make a pass on my wife over the phone. See ya in court you chicken legged freak. Put some pants on. Save your hard earned money and avoid this place!!
