Review content:
We've tried three times to dine at Grandma's Thai Kitchen. The food is good, but it's not worth the headache. When we were in the restaurant waiting for our order, it took them 40 minutes -- but ask a girl behind the counter (if she would respond to you) and she'd say, ""Just a couple minutes.""\r
\r
Tonight we placed an order for delivery, and after an hour had to call back. ""Sarah"" on the phone had written down every single piece of information wrong -- address #, street name, phone #. All of it COMPLETELY wrong. The owner, Kim, could not explain this, nor could she tell us when we *would* get an order -- and when we asked how she would ""make this right"", she said ""the best she could do"" was give us 20% off. She would not comp the order, even though her employee was the one who made all of the mistakes and didn't confirm the information.\r
\r
We decided to go to a different Thai place. We will never go back to this one.
Pros: Decent food
Cons: Trashy decor, dirty restaurant, extremely bad service
