Honestly the best Mexican food in the metro Atlanta area. Worth the drive. They bill themselves as ""creative Mexican dining,"" and is bit more upscale than the average Mexican restaurant. The chef creates his own dishes that are unique and fusions of Mexican and Southern dishes. Of course, they have some traditional, too. Being born and raised in Texas, where Mexican food is a staple, I can't remember a restaurant there that I like as good. I will miss this when I move to Houston. Pros: Manager/Owner, Gus, is there. Many employees are lifers. Great food and service. Cons: They shut their second location down. Also, Gus took off the month of February out of the blue. They need more locations, not less. At least move to a more central location (they are south).
