Review content:
The poor quality of food, small portion size and high prices here seem to indicate that a majority of customers are coupon carrying residents of the adjacent nursing home. For the price of a limp grey burger and a few cold fries tossed on the side of a tiny plate like a garnish, I could've easily driven less than a mile and went somewhere that actually cares about quality and my customer experience. The rancid pork tasting sausage, much like the sloppy appearance of the employees, makes a bold statement from management that they could care less about any sort of company standard. The coffee tastes of filth, as though the filters hadn't been changed for 20 years and the mugs simply rinsed with mop water. To put it plainly, there is just no pride at all taken in any aspect of service at this location, which used to be great years ago- I will never go back to this Big Boy ever again.
