I have attended several ski weekends in the past, but this event was the worst.\r

The staff of EASTERN LIGHTS were unprofessional, rude to the participants. We were basicly left in the cold.\r

We were told we would be at the HOLIDAY INN EAST. We arrivaed at the LANCASTER HOST, which was in terrible condition, the staff of ELG did not want to here the complaints that over 200 people were placing. The room that I was forced to stay in was floded, had mold up the wall smelled and was told they would not move me.\r

This is just the begining of the nightmare that my husbabd, my daughter, her girlfriend and I were subjected to from Friday until Sunday afternoon when I could leve and return home.\r

If you have any common sense please continue and google this company DO NOT LET THEM CONTINUE WITH THESE PRACTICES.
