I had been going to Red's faithfully for about a year and they had provided a decent service. The last time I made an appointment, however, I arrived and was told that they were running 30 minutes late. Since an appointment is 30 minutes, I can only assume that they accomodated someone they felt was more important at my expense. Sorry guys but you're barbers, not surgeons, and your having wasted my time and expected me to spend half of my lunch hour waiting on you is inexcusable. I won't be back.
