There really are no guarantees in life, but when someone tells you they've been coloring hair for 10 years it's a nice feeling to get your hopes up. Alas, pretty naive too. I went to see Dustin to get my hair ""color corrected"" for a mistaken encounter with DYI hair color. While he did manage to fix it (a bit), the next time I rinsed my hair TONS of dye came streaming out. And upon closer inspection, my hair is still a myriad of colors, and by ""myriad"" I don't mean tonal, I mean random patches of reddish purple disaster. There's no possible way he didn't notice the uneven quality of his coloring job, so I can't believe that he would charge me such an outrageous amount. And then to only include 'difused' DRYING, in the cost...a total mockery of decency. But you can go if you want.
Pros: The staff was nice to chat with
Cons: I'm hard press to not get my money back
