Review content:
Ordered food to go after a grueling day, explicitly asked for well done and emphasized would not eat if less than well done. Hamburgers were both pink, one with raw protions the other spots of pink, but not raw. Called and admittedly was angry, but manager suggested I not order a full size burger for kids, if I wanted a well done burger. I responded that he could, ""Stop right there,"" that was insulting and irrelevant because regardless, a customer should get their food how they ordered. The manager then droned on and would not let me get a word in edgewise and continued to harp on how he did not insult my intelligence. I asked him to stop and let me talk and he responded, ""That's all I did was let you talk and now I'm talking."" I was not aware of Outback's managerial policies regarding speaking over customers and rudely recommending that the customer order something different from what they want. Admittedly, once again, I told him he needed a PR class and called him an indecent name. Sorry, felt it was coming... Pros: Food is good if cooked as ordered by customer Cons: Hamburgers undercooked regardless of order
