I never write reviews of the dining or entertainment establishments that I frequent, but I was treated so badly at Oakfield Lanes in Brandon, FL, I was prompted to write this review. Oakfield lanes could care less about their customers and have the attitude that they don't really need your business.\r

I went there with my girlfriend and a couple of friends for some fun on a Saturday night. We purchased 2 games for 4 people at $4 per game per person and also a couple of pitchers of beer from the bar. After playing our first two games, one of the girls in our party said she didn't want to bowl another game so we purchased another game for 3 people. We couldn't figure out how to get the 4th name out of the computer from our first two games so we just kept bowling and someone played her game for her. Halfway through this game the lady at the desk shut down our computer and wouldn't let us play. We tried to explain that we didn't pay for 4 games because our 4th person wasn't playing and we just couldn't get her name out of the computer. The lady at the desk responded that she didin't have time to explain how the computers worked! We spent almost $100 there and were treated like garbage. I would recommend to anyone thinking about giving Oakfield Lanes their patronage to consider one of the many other bowling facilities in the Tampa area.
