Review content:
Our group was very excited about trying Roberto's on our beach trip, but was very disappointed. The service was aweful, and the food was terrible. We had to ask to get our bread and when the break actually came, there were only 5/6 pieces for an eight person table. When the waitress picked up our pitcher of tea, she did not pick it up by the handle, it was picked up by the rim. During our dinner our waitress went and sat at a table with customers and was visibly talking about our table to other customers. Finally when the manager was asked to come over to our table to talk to us about a steak that was undercooked, she did not seem the least bit concerned with how unhappy our table was. The final straw for our group was when we were leaving the waitress told us to ""have a good night and I'm sorry I was such a bad waitress!"" It was a terrible experience and I would NEVER recommend going to dine there.
Cons: Terrible service, managers were not professional
