Review content:
HORRIBLE!!!!! Charged me $50 just to look at my car. Told me that my max air blend motor door assembly needed fixed. I called the dealership to check on the price and this place was quoting over twice what the dealership would charge. Then to top it off, when I picked up my car, there was big gash in the carpet on the floorboard. It looked as though someone with work boots stepped in it too hard and also scuffed up the edge of the driver seat. I confronted the head guy on duty ""Mark"" about it and he brought out the technician and put him on the spot. I'm sure it was an accident, but the guy lied that it was already torn. ""Mark"" was extremely rude to me and treated me like I was stupid. The Goodyear near my house would have never even charged me to look at my car. Lesson learned. I will NEVER go back to this place. It would've just been nice for them to admit what they did. I wouldn't have demanded anything else. I'm telling everyone I know about how terrible this place is.
